I have seen that the language of body movement, if learnt, listened to and engaged with, can be deeply healing and enables a deeper connection within and with others . It allows expression & flow between our physical and our non physical selves.

We have just bought a holiday home in Esperaza, we try

and get out at least every other month and more during April-September. As we have been so busy doing work in the house we have not yet met many people in the area and would love to meet others French or English that could give us some good tips and advice especially the basics like what we should do in case of emergency, where is the local Dr, do we need to register anywhere. My french is improving but would love to try out my french on more advanced speakers as I have found the dialect different from my school girl french. We have a youngish family. Ages between 7-14 so would love to make contact with other families close by. Though I must add more often than not we come without the children! We are coming back out 14th-18th August so if anyone has anytime to make contact I would be really grateful or contact me before hand at anna.noble@jncc.gov.uk

FilmFour goes ‘Free’ on July 23rd.

I am pleased to confirm that FilmFour will go Free on the Sky Satellite system at 3pm on July 23rd. They will show 6 Films a day between 3pm. and 3am.. each day. There will however now be adverts during the films. They should show a variety of Films and state it will NOT become a channel of old cheap films.
