"Dotty Kitchen Catering" based in Montrèal, offers catering for all occasions in the Aude area to provide delicious food for a range of events such as: dinner parties, celebration buffets, special occasion dinners, informal suppers for your friends, childrens parties and also supply a range of celebration cakes and traditional British favourites.

Dinner parties: let us take the strain for a hassle free dinner party. We can provide a selection of delicious mains, puddings using local seasonal produce wherever available, to ensure the dishes are as fresh and tasty as possible.
Buffets: beautifully presented buffet/finger foods or fork buffets.
Childrens parties: themed birthday cakes, gloriously gooey tray bakes, vibrant cup cakes, nibbles, gingerbread and jelly all make for a happy event!
Celebration cakes: a variety of cakes to include, rich fruit cakes, delicious chocolate cake, iced delights for all seasons and occasions, traditional favourites such as carrot cake, Victoria sandwich, mince-pies etc.
Gites: provision of pre-prepared meals and hampers for holidaymakers.
Take-away meals: we have a good range of frozen meals ready to takeaway at a moments notice, tasty curries, chilli con carne, lasagne and vegetarian meals all as a treat after a long day or for unexpected guests.

Spicy Chilli-con-Carne - traditionally cooked and prepared using fresh chilli's, tomato, oregano and red kidney beans.
